This training is designed to strengthen members' integrity leadership and anti-corruption capabilities,
and to lead their role as an integrity public company through gender sensitivity checks.
The training was attended by 133 Gangwon Land executives and senior managers, including
CEO Lee Sam-geol, Youngsoo Kim's standing audit committee member, Oh Jung-hoon, head of Win-Win
Management Division, and Yoo Jae-man, head of Strategy Division.
The education was conducted by a professional lecturer registered at the Integrity Training Institute
of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and a commissioned lecturer at the Korea
Gender Equality Education Promotion Agency on two topics: anti-corruption integrity and sexual harassment prevention.
The four-hour training informed anti-corruption-related policies, such as the Conflict of Interest Act
and the Anti-Solicitation Act, to enhance understanding of public office responsibility and to improve
gender sensitivity of executives and employees through specific cases of sexual harassment and sexual violence.
